Who we are Casale Paradiso was first established in 1994, its passion from founder Nicola Mammarella dates back many years prior, through years of trial and testing products and combining them with different ingredients to create specialist recipes which are of the finest quality. Behind his experience, he has successfully guided his company into the European and non European markets. This family run company is based in Italy, in the region of Abruzzo. We are situated between the sea and mountains. We take advantage of what nature here has to offer us and use it to its full potential. The basic presupposition of work of Casale Paradiso is that nature gives us everything that we need. It is not necessary to add anything. With first quality raw materials it is easy to have first quality products. Chemistry is not necessary, nature is enough.
